This section provides the softkey, programmable key, keypad key, feature key, and expansion module key parameters you can configure on the IP phones. The following table provides the number of keys you can configure for each model phone and expansion module, and the number of lines available for each type of phone.

Notes:

Hard keys parameters are also available in this section but are only applicable to the 6867i IP phone.

9 keypad keys are available to be configured as press-and-hold speeddials on all IP phone models.
