Cisco Unified Communications Manager displays a message. Before dele tin g a me dia reso urc e gr oup
that is currently in use, you must perform either or both of the following tasks:
Assign a different media resource group list to any media resource groups that are using the med ia
resource group that you want to delete. See the “Configuring a Media Resource Group List” section
on page 80-3.
Delete the media resource group lists that are using the media resource gro up that you want to delete.
See the “Deleting a Media Resource Group List” section on page 80-4.
Procedure
Step 1 Locate the media resource group by using the procedure in the “Finding a Media Resou rc e G roup”
section on page 79-2.
Step 2 From list of matching records, choose the media resource gro up t hat you want t o del ete.
Step 3 Click the Delete button.
A message displays that states that you are about to perma nen tly d ele te thi s m edia re sour ce g ro up an d
that you cannot undo this action.
Step 4 If you want to continue, click OK or to cancel the deletion, click Cancel.
The chosen media resource group no longer appears in the Media Resource Groups List.
