13.3 If the motor does not run while no trip message is displayed... If the motor does not run while no trip message is displayed, follow these steps to track down the cause.

The motor does not run.
Is the 7-segment L ED
extinguished?
Check the power su pply
and the MCCB.
Is power being
supplied normal ly?
Supply the power
normally.
• Check the cooling fan.

Is OQHH bl inking?
Main circuit power is undervo ltage. Chec k the inpu t
voltage. If a DC
reactor (DCL) is c onnected, c heck also i ts wiring .
For monitoring in put voltage , refer to Section 8. 2.1.
Is
QHH
display ed?
Check whether a control terminal circuit board is connected to the inverter.
When sink logic is enabled
between ST and CC. Close the circuit between CC and the terminal to
which the ST (standby) function on the control circuit terminal is
assigned. Refer to section 7.2.1.
When source logic is enabled (SW1: SOURC
E), no connection is established
between ST and P24. Establish a connection between P24 and the terminal
on the control terminal board to which the ST (standby) function is assigned.
Is any failure mes sage
displayed?
Refer t o Section 1 3.1.
Track down and eliminate the cause
of the failure and then reset the
inverter.
For resetting, refer to Section 13.2.

The inverter is in the proce ss of retry ing. The re try functi on can be di sabled
by normal or emerge ncy stop o peration, o r by turni ng off the inverter.
RUN key lamp ligh ted?
Check to see that the f
requency setting s ignal is no t set at z ero.
Check the settings of the fre quency set ting signa l parameter s HOQF,
H, H and H . Refer to Sectio n 5.5.
Check the frequenc y setting s ignal poin ts 1 and 2 settings.
Refer to Section 7 .3.
Check that the sta rt-up frequ ency is no t higher th an the ope ration
frequency. Refer to Section 6.7.
Check that the fre quency set ting (prese t-speed ope ration fre quency,
etc.) is not set a t zero.
Check that the mot or is not under a too large load or not lo cked up.
Reduce the load i f necessary .
Determine the caus e, using t he paramete r display f unction an d the stat us monitori ng functio n.
Refer to Section 1 1 for the parameter d isplay fun ction or Se ction 8 fo r the statu s motoring
function.
When operation pane l operation is selected ... Press t he RUN key to
start the operation .
Check whether the o peration pa nel operatio n frequency is set prop erly.
Refer to Section 3. 2.2.
If another operatio n mode is se lected ... Change the setting of t he
