Guest activity reports containing information on it ems such as requests for
wakeup calls and delivery of these calls can be printed in hard-copy form
or can be viewed at the Administration terminal. These re ports help the
administrative staff to ensure that guest requests for services are no t
overlooked, and that guests get prompt and efficient service from the staff.
Having Group Video systems on hand allows guests to conduct planned
or even impromptu video conferences.
A PassageWay solution at the front desk can allow a hote l concierge to put
guest information on screen instantly when the guest or a n outside caller
calls.
INTUITY Lodging allows guests and the administrative staff to create, store,
send, and receive voice or fax messages. Spoken prompts guide the user
through each step of the procedure. The system can be administered for a
variety of languages.
