Troubleshooting data collection issues 327

Restarting Collector Service

You must restart Collector Service after you view the TCP/IP sockets with Hyperterminal.

To stop Collector Service

1. On the Enterprise Server, click Start=>Settings=>Control Panel=>Administrative

Tools =>Services.

2. Right-click prairieFyre Collector Service (v5) and click Restart.
