Installing Enterprise Node software

To install Enterprise Node software on the remote site server

1. Start Internet Explorer and browse to the Enterprise Server by typing http://[your Enterprise Server

IP address]/CCMWeb/.

2. Obtain a user’s account from your system administrator and log on to the Enterprise Server.

The Contact Center Management Web application opens.

3. Click Help=>Software Downloads/Installations=>Remote Server to install the Contact Center

Management Enterprise Node software.

Viewing the status of the data collection

Enterprise Node software collects the data from all of the media servers at the remote site (a remote site with

a media server that communicates over TCP/IP is the exception) See “Scenario 2 - No dedicated server at the

remote site” on page577.

You can use Network Monitor to verify you are collecting data and to view the status of data collection. See “”

on page 319.
