• Make calls from agent or extension devices
• Place calls on hold
• Retrieve calls that are on hold
• Remove calls from queues
• Redirect calls from queues to agents/extensions
• Transfer or conference calls between agent and extension devices
• Clear calls for agent and extension devices
• Add call detail information from third-party IVRs and dialers. This information is available to client
applications in the Call Received event
