To use the CTI Developer Toolkit Device Monitor sample application

1. Click Start=>All Programs=>Mitel=>CTI Developer Toolkit=>Device Monitor.

The Device Monitor sample application opens.

2. Click File=>Connect.

3. Type the IP address of the Enterprise Server, user name, and password and click OK.

4. Click Devices and select one of the following options:

• Retrieve agents for current login

• Retrieve agents for all employees

• Retrieve all agents

• Retrieve all extensions

• Retrieve all queues

• Retrieve all devices

5. Once the devices you selected have loaded, you perform actions on the selected device(s) by clicking

Actions and selecting an available action or by right-clicking and selecting an available action from

the list:

• Set monitor=>Phone, Real time, All

• Remove monitor=>Phone, Real time, All

• Login

• Logout

• Set Make Busy

• Remove Make Busy

• Set DND

• Remove DND

• Cancel work timer

• Make call

• Answer call
