20.4 *USER DEFINED FIELD: Redeﬁne ﬁeld variables at a material point.

This material option is used to allow the values of ﬁeld variables at a ma terial point to be redeﬁned within

an increment via user subroutine USDFLD.Ifthe*USER D EFINED FIELD optionis used, it must appear

within a *MATERIALdeﬁnition (“Material data deﬁnition,” Section 16.1.2 of the ABAQUS Analysis User’s

Manual).
