Phone Number	Displays the phone number of the user.
E-Mail Address	Displays the e-mail address of the user.
Delete	Deletes the entry for the selected user ID.
Confirm/Chan	Displays a dialog box where you can edit the entry of the selected
ge	user ID.
Create	Displays a dialog box where you can create a new entry under the
	selected user ID.

Address Book (Confirm/Change, Create)

Purpose:

To view or edit the address book entries on the Address Book page, or create a new entry. The following items are in the dialog box that appears when you click the Confirm/Change or Create button on the Address Book top page.

Values:

ID (Fax Speed Displays the selected user ID.

Dial)

Name	Allows you to view or edit the name of the user registered under the
	user ID, or enter a name for the new entry.

Phone Number Allows you to view or edit the phone number of the user, or enter a phone number for the new entry.

E-mail Address Allows you to view or edit the e-mail address of the user, or enter an e-mail address for the new entry.

Delete	Click this button to delete the entry for the user ID. This button is
	available only on the dialog box for editing an existing entry.
Apply New	Click this button to apply the new settings.
Settings

Restore Settings Click this button to restore the previous settings.

Back Click this button to return to the top page.
