You encounter difficulties with hardware, images, or product performance.

Refer to the troubleshooting sections of this manual: camera back (in chapter 9), Photoshop Macintosh driver (in chapter 10), and TWAIN (PC) driver (in chapter 11). If needed, call your dealer.
