250 Install and conﬁgure IP Trunk3.01 (and later) node

The IP trunk card uses the addresses in the routing table entries to

route signaling packets over the ELAN network interface gateway

(router) on the ELAN subnet. Without routing table entries, the IP

trunk card routes signaling trafﬁc over the TLAN network interface

gateway. Sending signaling trafﬁc overthe TLAN subnet can affect

voice quality.
