The following commands are available only for agents in a call center queue.

Mark the identity of all subsequent outbound calls

 

during your shift, to keep track of which outbound calls

 

are queue-related.

To mark all your subsequent outbound calls as being from the queue, press *14<queue’s extension>#.

To mark all your subsequent outbound calls as being from yourself, press *14#.
