Step 2 Connecting to the Printer

TROY XCD print servers can connect to any of the following types of printers:

•Printers with Centronics-compatible parallel interfaces (this interface is by far the most popular type of parallel interface)

•Printers with the new IEEE P1284 bidirectional parallel interface

•Printers with RS-232 compatible serial interfaces (except Pony Print Server Plus)
