Before contacting Technical support, please check the Troubleshooting chapter of this manual or the TROY XCD web site to isolate any problems and be sure to write down any error messages. Also, make sure that you have the serial number of the product (located on the product label on the card).

Returning Products

If you need to return an TROY XCD product for any reason (failures, incorrect shipments, etc.), first contact TROY XCD

at (949) 399-0820 and request a Return Authorization

Number. Make sure that you put this number on the outside of the shipping container you use to return the product and (if out-of-warranty) on your purchase order. You will also be asked for the serial number of the defective print server.

If the unit is not in warranty, you will be billed for the standard repair charges. If you do not have a valid TROY XCD account number, you may be asked for payment in advance (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, check, or money order).
