Field	Description

Same Layout	When checked, forces the selected layout on all
	conference participants, and the Personal Layout
	option is disabled.

Auto Layout	When enabled, the system automatically selects the
	conference layout based on the number of
	participants in the conference.

Telepresence	Indicates if the conference is running in
Mode	Telepresence Mode.

Lecturer	Indicates the name of the lecturer (if one is selected).
	Selecting a lecturer enables the Lecture Mode.

Video Layouts	Indicates the currently selected video layout.

Click the Skins tab to view the skin selected for the conference. You cannot select another skin during an ongoing conference. Click the IVR tab to view the IVR settings.

Click the Information tab to view general information defined for the conference. Changes made to this information once the conference is running are not saved to the CDR.

Click the Recording tab to review the recording settings for the conference.
