Chapter 10-Recording Conferences

To define a Recording Link:

1In the RMX Management pane, click Recording Links ().

2In the Recording Links list, click the New Recording Link () button. The New Recording Link dialog box is displayed.

3Define the following parameters:

Parameter	Description
Name	Displays the default name that is assigned to the
	Recording Link. This field is disabled and cannot be
	modified.
IP Address	Enter the IP address of the recording system. Users
	may either enter the IP Address or Alias or both.
Alias Name / Type	If you are using the endpoint’s alias and not the IP
	address, first select the type of alias and then enter
	the endpoint’s alias: (H.323 ID, E.164,
	E-mail ID, Participant Number).

4Click OK.

The Recording Link is added to the RMX unit.
