Enabling Telepresence

Conference Level

Telepresence Mode must be configured in a new or existing Conference

Profile.

To enable Telepresence in a new or existing Conference Profile:

1In the RMX Management pane, click Conference Profiles.

2Click the New Profiles () button or open an existing Conference Profile.

3Define the fields of the profile and click the Video Settings tab.

For more information on defining Profiles, see the RMX 2000/4000 Administrator’s Guide, "Defining Profiles” on page 1-8.

4Select Telepresence Mode to enable the feature in the Conference Profile.
