NOTE

MaxConnectCount controls the maximum number of clients that

can be connected (for example, with open sockets) to the HTTP

server at any one time. The HTTP server stops listening for new

connections when the number of connected clients reaches the

maximum number of connections set in this field. A connection

attempt that occurs while the HTTP server is not listening for

connections is placed on the TCP listen queue and will be serviced

when listening resumes. If the TCP listen queue becomes full, TCP

will reject additional connection attempts immediately. The HTTP

server resumes listening when the number of connections drops

below the maximum allowable number.
