6.The Print Service name entered at the UI should match the name of the Print Service created at the Server.

7.PCPRINT is the Destination configured for the Print Service at the Server.

8.If any changes are made at the User Interface the printer will reset.

9.Allow the printer approximately seven minutes to reboot.

10.Print out another Configuration Report page to verify the items you modified were set and retained.

11.Consult the table below for troubleshooting suggestions.

Printer busy Job reached the	Check steps 3,4,5 above are
