3.Review the NetBIOS: area of the page and verify at the User Interface these items:

NetBEUI Protocol is Enabled.

Interface is set to Ethernet / NetBEUI or Token Ring / NetBEUI (depending on which is being used).

Host Name is set for the NetBEUI name selected for this printer.

Printer Name is set for the name selected for this printer to act as a print server.

WorkGroup: is set for the name of the desired NetBEUI workgroup for this printer.

Number Connections is 8 or greater. Connection Timeout is between 100 and 9999.

4.If any changes are made at the User Interface, exit the Tools menu to reset the printer.

5.Print out another Configuration Report page to verify the items you modified were set and retained.
