6.In the Printing section of the screen, select options according

to your job requirements:

Type in the number of copies needed.

Select other options, such as two sided printing, orientation, stapling, or output destination for your job from the drop-down lists.

Paper options, such as tray, size, media type, and color.

Type an Account and User ID for accounting.

NOTE

The Accounting fields are only visible if accounting is enabled on

 

your Document Centre.

 

 

Types of Printing

Immediate

Prints as soon as the Submit Job button is

 

pressed.

Proof

Prints one set of multiple copies to allow for

 

review. After review, you may release the

 

remaining sets for printing or delete the job to

 

make changes.

Delayed

Set the hour and minute and select AM or PM to

 

print a job at the specified time.

Secure

Enter a password (four digit number) to enter at

 

the Document Centre keypad for documents that

 

need to be kept secure.

7.In the Delivery area of the screen, select the desired type of printing. See the table above for a description of each.

8.In the File Name text entry box at the bottom of the screen, type the path and file name or click the Browse button to locate the print-ready file to process.

9.When finished with your selections, click Submit Job to process your job. Click OK if prompted. Wait for Job Submission screen to reappear before exiting so your print job will not be deleted.
