4.7.2 Route Incoming Call
The Route Incoming Call action allows a call flow to be branched based on whether the call is internal or external.
Settings
1.Click the Telephony Actions icon and select Route Incoming Call.
2.The General , Entry Prompts , Reporting and Results tabs are standard tabs available to all
actions.
3.There is no Specific tab for this action.
Results
This action has the following results which can be connected to further actions:
·Internal
This result is used for internal calls.
·External
This result is used for external calls.
