The Clock action plays the current time on the voicemail server PC.

Settings

Play Time Until DTMF Input: Software level = 5.0+.

If not selected the time is played to the caller once. If selected the time is repeated until the caller presses a DTMF key or hangs up.

If Play Time until DTMF Input is selected then the connection is used after the caller has pressed a DTMF key. Otherwise it is used after the time has been play once to the caller.
