This command specifies the minimum transmission bandwidth guarantee for each interface queue. The total number of queues supported per interface is platform-specific (four in the S2410).

cos-queue min-bandwidth bw-0…bw-3

The no cos-queuemin-bandwidthcommand restores the default for each queue's minimum bandwidth value.

cos-queue random-detect

 

This command activates weighted random early discard (WRED) for each specified queue

 

(up to four in the S2410).

Syntax

[no] cos-queuerandom-detectqueue-id [queue-id [queue-id [queue-id]]]

 

The no version of this command disables WRED, thereby restoring the default tail drop

 

operation for the specified queue(s).
