■Program the fax machine to dial [ ★ ] [ 7 ] [ 0 ] to make its recorded announcement over your loudspeaker paging system and the speakers of idle system phones in Calling Group 1.
For all of these examples, program the fax machine extension’s Automatic Line Selection to select intercom first, followed by whatever outside lines or pools you want to assign to it. (If you set the fax extension to select intercom first and the machine has an auto dial feature, program a 9 and one of more pauses (if available) before each Auto Dial number. In Hybrid mode, if the call is to be placed using a specific pool, program the pool access code and a few pauses before each auto dial number.
