Program a Voice Mailbox Transfer button at extension 10 to enable the receptionist to transfer calls directly to extension X’s and Y’s mailboxes without first ringing their phones. (This is useful when the receptionist knows that the users at extensions X and Y are away from their desks.)

Program an Auto Dial button for the VMS hunt group ([ Intercom ] [ 7 ] [ 7 ] [ 7 ]) at extensions X and Y to allow the subscribers to call in for their messages with one touch.
