System Date (#101)

Description

This System Programming procedure sets the month, day, and year. The system displays only the month and day on display phones when the phone is idle; the month, day, and year print on SMDR call reports.

Considerations

Include leading zeros for single-digit months or days.

Programming

To change the System Date:

1.Press [ Feature ] [ 0 ] [ 0 ] [ System Program ] [ System Program ] [ # ] [ 1 ] [ 0 ] [ 1 ].

2.Enter today’s date in the form MMDDYY. For example, to enter April 26, 1997,

press [ 0 ] [ 4 ] [ 2 ] [ 6 ] [ 9 ] [ 7 ]. A display similar to the following appears:
