	module, (memory failure).
‘‘Communications	LID is not properly addressed to the PSIO. Make sure that ‘‘Attach to Network
Failure’’	Device,’’ ‘‘Local Device’’ is set to read the PSIO address. Check LED’s on PSIO. Is
