mode, and the control will accept modification s from an y CCN interface or module
(with the proper author it y), as well as the LID. The PI C wil l use the CCN time sched-
ule to determine start and stop times.
Alarms and Alerts
Alarm (*) and alert (!) st at us are indicated on the Stat us tables. An alarm (*) wil l s hut down
the compressor. An alert (!) notifies the ope rator that an unusual condition has occurred. T he
machine will continue to operate when an alert is show n.
Alarms are indicated when the control center alarm light (!) flashes. The primary alarm
message is viewed on the default screen and an additional, secondary, message and
troubleshooting inf ormation are sent to the Alar m Hi story table.
When an alarm is detected, the LID default scree n will freeze (stop updat ing ) at the time of
alarm. The freeze en ables the operator to vi ew the machine conditio ns at the time of alarm . The
Status tables will show the updated information. Once all alarms have been cleared (by
pressing the RESET softkey), the default LID screen will return to normal operation.
