aid_syncn	As described for command parameters
syncn_nblk	Named parameter block for SYNCN. The block consists of the
	parameter PRICREF (primary local refernce source for synchronizing
	the clock), followed by an equal sign (=) and one of the following values:
	LOOP = Loop timing recovered form the network-side facility
	LOCAL = Local oscillator on NT board
