CHANNEL SPACING

C l e a r

allows the user to enter the channel spacing to set up the analyzer when using the measurement functions under the Power Menu softkey. When the power measurements are first accessed the initial value for channel spacing is

25 kHz. Once the value is changed, the new value will be saved through an instrument preset or power on. An error message will occur for invalid values of channel spacing and channel bandwidth.

If one of the power measurements is active and the channel spacing is changed, with PARAM AUTO selected, then

the coupled analyzer settings are immediately updated. If CONT MEAS is also selected, then another sweep is taken and the measured results are updated.
