Printing Using an HP-IB Interface

Equipment• HP 8591C cable TV analyzer equipped with Option 02 1.

•HP 10833 (or equivalent) HP-IB cable.

•Printer with HP-IB interface, choose one of the following:

Interconnection and Printing Instructions

1.Turn off the printer and the cable TV analyzer.

2.Connect the printer to the cable TV analyzer using the HP-IB cable. The ThinkJet printer’s mode switches must be set correctly for use with the cable TV analyzer. Refer to Table l-4 for the correct settings.
