† PRI must be selected as the Type of DS1 connectivity before PRI options are entered.

‡ AT&T Toll and 5ESS local PRI service for Release 2.0 and later requires service provider switching equipment to be either 4ESS Generic 13 through Generic 16, 5ESS Generic 6, or a 5ESS serving the FTS2000 network. PRI service on Release 1.0 or 1.1 requires a DS1 facility from a 4ESS Generic 13 through Generic 16 or 4ESS Generic 16 switch.
