If the port is not currently connected to anything, you would first select the switch on the map and then launch the Edit Port VLAN Membership wizard. Then in the first stage of the wizard you would click the Change Selection button and then select the port from the launched Selection Editor dialog box.
In the second wizard panel you would change the untagged VLAN from
Default VLAN (ID=1) to accounts (ID=2) This assumes that the accounts
VLAN is an existing VLAN on your network:
