220CHAPTER 5: WORKING WITH THE MAP

Adding a Link You are viewing the devices in your map grouped by subnet, and you between Map Items wish to add a link between two devices that are on different submaps.

1Locate the two devices in the tree, select the first one with a single-click and the second one with Ctrl + click.

2Select Edit > Add Link. This will add a link between the two devices, and will add shortcut icons to the appropriate submaps.
