Supported Devices For information on the devices supported by the Bulk Configuration feature, see “Bulk Configuration” on page 835.
The Bulk Configuration feature determines which of the devices in a selection are supported. A bulk configuration operation can only be performed on supported devices. For devices that are not supported, the Selection Editor dialog box provides the reason as follows:
■Agent Update — the device and all of its units or modules are supported, but one or more of the units or modules requires a more recent software version. See “Agent Update Wizard” on page 665 for instructions on how to update the agent software on the device.
■Not Supported — one or more units in the device are not supported. Please ensure that the latest service pack available has been downloaded and installed, using Live Update. See “Live Update” on page 811 for more information.
If the service pack release notes identify the device as being supported but the device is still shown as unsupported in the Selection Editor dialog box, then the current map may be
