The first wizard stage would display the two switches that are to be configured, and selecting either switch would list the port on that switch that is to be configured. You would click Next at this wizard stage as no additional ports need to be added. The next wizard stage would initially display the VLANs currently configured on the two switch ports. This would likely be just the default VLAN, ID 1. To specify that the ports should also become tagged members of the VLANs with IDs 2-6, 10-12, you would check the corresponding check boxes in the list in the centre of the dialog box:
