If this step is displayed, you will need to provide the Telnet username and password for the device you have selected to backup.

■Username — specifies the username used to log in to the selected devices, via Telnet. This can be a maximum of 32 characters.

■Password — specifies the password used to log in to the selected devices, via Telnet. This can be a maximum of 24 characters.

The username and password may be left blank.

You can manage your device configuration backups by labelling your backups and providing comments for them as shown in Figure 427.
