Print Completion Beep

By default, the machine beeps to let you know when a received message has been printed.

Checkered Mark

By default, a checkered mark is print- ed on the first page of fax messages to help you separate them.

Center Mark

By default, marks are printed halfway the left side and at the top center of each page received. This makes it easy for you to position a hole punch-

Limitation

❒The center mark may deviate a lit- tle from the exact center of the edge.

Reception Time

You can have the date and time when a message was received printed at the bottom of the received image. This feature is turned off by default–turn it on with the User Parameters. ⇒ P.203 “Changing the User Parameters”

Limitation

❒When a received message is print- ed on two or more sheets, the date and time is printed on the last page.

Note

❒The date and time when the mes- sage was printed can be also be re- corded on the message. If you need this feature, please contact your service representative.
