7 Configuring FCoE in a Windows Environment

Overview

The QLogic 8100 Series Converged Network Adapter is dual-function adapter comprising FCoE and NIC functions. This section describes the characteristics, configurations, and features of the FCoE function.

Driver Parameters

Table 7-1lists the FCoE parameters, their default values, allowed values, and how to change values. For information about changing parameter values, refer to the FCoE topics in the QConvergeConsole Help or the Fast!UTIL configuration options described in “Fast!UTIL” on page 9-2.
