Figure 1-1 shows the relation between frequency of floor vibration and vibration transmittance of the instrument. Since the vibration transmittance is maximum at the resonance point (about

2 Hz) of the anti-vibration mount provided with the instrument, the allowable amplitude is minimum at this point.

NOTICE: Please consult with us if the floor vibration exceeds the allowable values. (Vibration should be measured in advance if it is expected to cause a disturbance.)
