• PC ：

SEM control personal computer. Placed inside of the door.

• Monitor display：

Display monitor of PC. For adjustment of the monitor, refer to instruction manual of the monitor. Model of the monitor display will be changed without notice.

• Manual operation panel：

Frequently used controls are placed on the manual operation panel.

• DISPLAY power switch：

Power switch of display unit. Power of PC also controlled with the switch. Please be careful not to shut the power switch off before shutting down PC.
