3.5.7.15Stopping stage and Returning to previous stage position

To stop stage movement while it is running, use the !STOP button on the Control panel. Do not repeat to click the button. It may cause irregular movement.

To return to a previous position after moving stage using coordinate specifying operation, use Undo – Stage Drive menu. It is effective only one previous position.
