6. Connectthe crossbar cables to the cable support.
Performthis procedure only when equipment rack model 26xx or equipment
rackmodel 16xx is used. The procedure may vary depending on the model of
theeq uipment rack.
Procedurewhen equipment rack model 26xx is used
a. Remove thehook-and-loop fastener of the crossbar cables from the cable
holder.
b. Remove thescrew securing the cable holder, and then rotate the cable
holder through 180 degrees to install it on the supporting col umn at the
rearof the rack.
c. Connectall the crossbar cables to the crossbar unit.
d. Usethe hook-and-loop fastener to fix the crossbar cables to the cable
support.
Procedurewhen equipment rack model 16xx is used
a. Remove thecrossbar cables from the hook-and-loop fastener installed on
thesupporting column on the rear of the rack.
b. Connectall the crossbar cables to the crossbar unit.
c. Usethe hook-and-loop fastener to fix the crossbar cables to the cable
support.
