Theinactive/cold maintenance procedure for a single-chassis configurationis the same as
thatfor sto pping the system.
2. Returnto the operation of theXSCF firmware replacefru command to confirm
thatthe chassis has been incorporated into the system.

Command."
3. Executethe testsb command to confirm that the internal disk requiring
maintenanceis normally recognized.
Whenyou enter the "-y" option for the testsb command, the systemautomatically
answers "y" (yes) in response to an inquiry.
Thefollowing example shows the diagnosis of system board 00-0.
Duringthe diagnosis processing, the probe-scsi-all command of the OpenBoot
PROM is executed, and the result is displayed.
4. Incorporatethe chassis, in which the internal disk requiring maintenance is
mounted,into the physical partition.

5. Closethe rack door.
