Note- After inst alling the crossbar cables (optical), use the hook-and-loop fastener to bundle
thecables together and secure them to the rear cable support.

Insertthe crossbar cable (optical) by holding the connector part of the cable and
inserting it straight into the opening. Do not hold the cable part when inserting the
cable.
25.6 Restoring the System
Thissectio n describes the procedure for restoring the system after installing the
crossbarcable (optical). The restoration procedure differs depending on the
maintenance type as follows:
■Inactive/Cold maintenance
■System-stopped maintenance

25.6.1 Inactive/Cold maintenance

1. Connectall power cords to the SPARC M10-4S power supply unit requiring
maintenance.
