420.31 Voice Mail Call

1.Originating:

0 Depress primary extension line key and lift handset.

0 Dial access code (Default: 63) for voice mail entry port.

0 Follow the instructions given by voice mail system when answered.

NOTE:

System programming

is required for

 

voice mail hunting.

 

2.Answering:

0 Depress associated extension line key on flashing LED or depress ANS key.

0 Lift handset to respond.

0Listen for a message from voice mail system.

NOTE: Some voice mail systems cannot originate calls.

3.Retrieving and Canceling a Message:

When MSG 2 is shown on the LCD, perform

the following operations to retrieve the message:

SAMPLE LED INDICATIONS

Primary I EXT green LED lights.

I EXT green LED lights steady. I ANS LED goes off.
