440.15 Night Call Pickup

1. Call Pickup - Directed

With incoming CO/PBX call during night mode:

Another station is receiving an incoming call:

l Lift handset and receive internal dial tone.

0Lift handset and receive internal dial tone.

0 Dial access code (Default: 601.

0 Dial access code (Default: 6 #).

l Converse with calling party.

0Dial the extension number receiving the incoming call.

NOTE:

Only incoming CO/PBX calls can be picked up.

COIPBXPTie calls, Extension Calls, Transferred

 

Calls, Hold Recalls, Transfer Recalls, and Voice paged calls can

 

be picked

up.

2.Call Pickup - Group

Another station is receiving an incoming call.

l Lift handset and receive internal dial tone.

l Dial access code (Default: 6*) and converse with calling party.

NOTE:

To pick up incoming calls a station must be within the same

 

call pickup group as the station the call was originally directed

 

to.

Incoming CO/PBX/Tie calls, ringing extension calls and transferred calls can be picked up.
