Printing pages with a distribution number 7

4Make sure that all setting items, such as Original Document Size, are correctly set on the Paper tab.

5Select Collated for Collate.

6Click the Job Management tab and check the Distribution Number.

7Select the page on which to print the distribution number, either 1st Page only or All Pages.

8Specify the starting distribution number for Starting Number.

9Make other settings as necessary and click the OK button.

10The Print dialog box will reappear. Click the OK button.

11The data will then be transferred to the machine and printing will soon start.
